UVM: Soccer Camp

Intensive three week program aimed at young adults looking to improve their Soccer skills while learning about the cultural context of soccer in Chile, as well as a basic Spanish courses offered daily.

UDD: PhD in Medical Sciences

The PhD in Medical Sciences of the Faculty of Medicine of Clínica Alemana, Universidad del Desarrollo, is a full-time program that requires exclusive dedication, which aims to train health professionals providing them with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform scientific research autonomously at a high level, including the presentation and publication of their results

UMag: Minor in Antarctic Sciences

This program at Universidad de Magallanes aims to develop an understanding of factors related to the life and culture in extreme conditions, in order to enrich the student’s academic performance and/or work processes, contributing to the formation of an individual with personal and interpersonal skills, commitment to the environment and with a clear regional identity.

UVM: Intensive Spanish June

Four week intensive Spanish and Chilean Culture course that includes housing with a Chilean host family. Students will complete two courses in Grammar and Communicational & Cultural Spanish as well as fulfill 8 hours of volunteer work in order to use their Spanish and experience Chilean culture.

UVM: Chilean Wine and Spanish

This three-week program allows enology and agriculture students to improve their Spanish language skills in a unique and artistic atmosphere that includes 45 hours of Spanish instruction, wine tasting, cultural activities, and conferences on wine making.

PUCV: Pre-Columbian Arts & Society (English Course)

This course provides an overview of Latin American natives cultures during Pre-Columbian times, introducing basic notions about prehistory, religion, economy and social organization of these societies, using art and visual expression as the main way of entrance.

PUCV: Latin American Gender Studies (English Course)

This course offers an interdisciplinary look at the main theories and concepts regarding gender with a comparative and contrastive approach. Critical thinking is fostered through different assignments in which students must apply the theoretical framework they will learn during the semester.
