The Academic Semester in English Program offers national students a multicultural classroom experience and international students the opportunity to immerse themselves in Chilean culture while earning academic credits in courses taught in English.

This program is designed for students interested in one of the following academic areas: General Studies, Social Sciences or Business. Each course consists of 64 contact hours, equivalent to 4 credits or 5 ECTS according to American and European standards.

In addition to these English courses, students are encouraged to take at least one Spanish Language and Chilean Culture class to improve their language skills and learn about their host country. These courses are offered through our in-house Spanish Center, which is accredited by the Cervantes Institute in Spain.
