This course invites students to develop an understanding of contemporary issues in Latin America based on the critical study of representative literary texts. We will read and discuss works of different genders Testimonies, Novels, Shorts Stories, Poetry- that introduce to key theoretical debates. Social, political and intercultural matters are going to be questioned through concepts that in Latin American Thought are being actually discussed.
